Frank always says he wants big fights for his boxers, but when does he deliver them?

It's just not in his nature to take risky fights, Burns will be defending in Glasgow for the rest of his career.

I don't think Burns is scared of anyone, I think it's a really strange concept of one man being literally afraid of another man.

There's fear of losing, just like there's a fear of failure in your life generally, not achieving your potential or whatever.

The issue here is that a defeat might fuck up his long term earning potential in the ring, given the position that Allegedly finds himself in with very few ticket sellers I think he'll be reluctant to risk Burns for a quick payday.
