If you're going to accuse a country of robbing fighters at least come up with some good examples, rather than close fights that could have gone either way.
The worst robbery here in recent times was probably Sai vs Cox - Sai won AT LEAST eight rounds, and benefitted from two point deductions against his opponent. |

Also which Calzaghe fights we talking about, the worst one was Manfredo but he was getting stopped anyway, the levels between them were ridiculous. He ruined Lacy (who admittedly was massively overrated anyway) but they let him see that fight out to the end without need for stoppage.
I suppose McIntyre, Pudwill and Veit were all going to do Joe if the ref hadn't stepped in? American Robbery's off my head: Bradley-Pacquaio Pacquaio-Marquez 3 Alexander-Kotelnyk Alexander-Matthysee Chavez-Whitaker Holyfield-lewis Lara-Williams Cintron-Martinez Ali-Norton 3 DLH-Sturm DLH-Trinidad Hagler-Antofermo |

There were times in the later rounds where Dirrell was literally teeing off on Froch! |

If that were the case, fine. Reasonable minds can disagree. None of this "you gotta take it to the champ" fucking bullshit. Scoring a fight with a built-in cushion for the guy with the strap is a recipe for a robbery, which is what a lot of people think happened.

I scored the fight to dirrell (pretty impossible not to) but at the same time I thought dirrell should have been warned more and deducted points and if he still continued to do it, disqualified. The ref did a really bad job that favoured dirrell so maybe the judges took it in to their own hands. |
