Luckily, Ward doesn't demolish too many.
Anyway, he's long been saying that he's very well prepared too retire. So if he does get demolished, there's that. (Although personally, I'd bet on seeing him back on FNF.) |

Tbh all he has to do to redeem himself or make himself a viable contender for Froch, Kessler, Bute, Dirrell and other big fights is to do better than Wards last two opponents
So if he wins 3 rounds he's golden |

Just don't get stopped, put up a hearty showing, get handily outpoited then try to get back in the mix with the contenders
Ward beats Pavlik all day long, but I Think this is a little too soon for Kelly, a good run against a couple of half decent contenders would have put him in much better stead, and would ensure his stock isn't too low after the fight when he loses Because it seems hell be back to square 1 after he gets thoroughly schooled and beaten up |

It should be no big deal. All the other top guys lost to Ward and they seem to be doing fine. I don't know why it would be any different for Pavlik if he lost to ward, this will be his fourth fight in about a year.
That said Pavlik has hinted many times that he might just retire if people are not going to pay him what he think is good money. He says its not worth the risk. The way he looks at it is he has saved his money and is set for life why should he risk his health if he thinks he is being underpaid. |

After Pavlik KO Taylor to be the World Champion, I predicted that Pavlik is gonna be just a temporary World Champion and my prediction was correct. Just take a look at him now people.
After Ward demolishes him, he will keep fooling around like he's done before. |

Some opportunities in winnable fights verses Carl Froch, Arthur Abraham, ect remain. I could also see him rebounding by testing some prospects like Tommy O or Edwin Rodriguez. Still it wouldn't be easy.
Don't count him out, But I think Ward will win a one-sided UD. |
