Excuse the theatrics, but yes, this is my training log. Read it or not, I don't give a shit. I just want to keep track of it really.
After a break from boxing I got started again recently. Can't go at all this week to the gym due to personal issues, so will be going thrice next week. |

I plan to go jogging tomorrow morning at around 7:00 AM, getting up at 6:30-6:45.
4 miles all in all, I'd say. Should be easy enough at a moderate pace, if I build up into it correctly. Will most certainly be blasting the tunes. |

Went for a 3 mile jog an hour ago, plan to go to the gym tomorrow. Should be doing this 8 mile fun-run in a few weeks, plan to do it in under an hour.
