Start watching boxing stop watching boxers and you'll get it. You guys want to invent new rules and excuses as you go. |

Unless you're coming back at me with some actual facts, I can deal without all the internet speech. Who the fuck even says "newbie" anymore?

A little holding here or there is fine, but just holding constantly like Berto did? I couldn't believe that he was warned or deducted, but he lost and has gone down in everyone's rankings. The guy does not have any inside game. He was on the backfoot all night against a fighter who is clearly a smaller guy.
The Knockdowns were legit, Guerrero was holding, but this was only because Berto would not LET GO. Andre Berto is not an intelligent fighter. |

ill also tell you so what? this is the hurt business and not fucking checkers. it was clearly obvious that berto did not come into the first round or this fight for that matter in a war mode. he was initially sparring with robert whereas guerrero was fighting. and before andre knew it he was way behind on the cards. the fault of this is either poor management, berto himself or a combination of both for bertos inability to be properly prepared for this fight. robert guerrero did what he had to do to win the fight and andre berto did not. and now because of the beating that he sustained he assuredly lost a few fights out of his career...whatever is left of it. and andre berto has no one to blame but himself. |

I think he did the right thing by letting them fight out honestly. The truth is as much as we might not like it or as ugly as it can be at times. The ref shouldn't break the fighters unless both hands are free. I didnt write the Queensbury rules.
