It was a fair fight but Ward won, he looked more in control even though there were several close rounds which I could see some giving a few to Froch. I thought Froch won around 4 rounds with some swing rounds that I gave to Ward, but probably gave them to him as he is one of my favourite fighters.
Ward, however the haters want to put it, won the Super 6 and is a fantastic businessman who has made his career and advantages work for him whether its fighting at home or draining his opponent, whatever it is, its a winning combination |

![]() Where did he look amazing except for beating AA? A struggle with Pascal, a late win in a fight he was losing to Taylor, the Dirrell fight, the loss to Kessler? Which one? |

Calzaghe never fought Froch or Dawson dummy You forget that Calzaghe was an old past best fighter at the end of his career, taking a young prime undefeated fighters 0, whilst Ward was fighting a past best, rusty double vision suffering fighter Still looking down that road you can see that Calzaghe beat Bika better than Ward. |

You will upset the Ward nuthuggers saying that. They used to say Dirrell beat Froch, then when Froch became a win for Ward, they wanted to forget that they said that to try and make Ward sound better.
I thought Froch beat Dirrell |

Ward started fast, but then faded as Froch settled and grew into the fight. The main issue is that it was only 12 rounds, the old school 15 rounder would have suited Froch down to a tee, as he began to outwork and pressure Ward later on.
A rematch in Nottingham, with Froch starting fast, and pressing Ward like Marvin Hagler pressed Tommy Hearns, would be very interesting indeed |
