Reached the point where I need a few days break because I feel burnt out. Hopefully wont effect my lifts too much?

Nope it shouldn't & will prob help to increase them alot sooner then if you kept going to the gym

It'd affect your lifts if you kept going to the gym. Rest is super important, you'll probably find your lifts increase after a few days off with no stress.

I'd maybe take the rest of the week off and then next week do a deload/weight reset.
