It has nothing to do with Mayweather or the fight - whenever the issue of testing was brought up they made fools of themselves and made Pacquiao look very very dodgy

Pacquiao should have done what Marquez has just done, he was accusing of roiding, so he should have cleared up the issue, addressed the rumors, and said he'd test whenever needed

Pac rejected having blood drawn up to the moment he walked into the ring. He did not reject testing. And yes, up to the moment he walked into the ring is the way it works if it is ANY TIME. It has been known for a long time he blamed being tested too soon before a fight as a reason for a loss. This is really simple shit if you don't pick and choose what you WISH to remember as the whole truth.
