Pacquiao shutout a prime undefeated Cotto out, knocking him down twice,
While Mayweather had troubles with a jab, and was brought to the brink of losing. If Mayweather is such a better fighter, why didn'ts he do better than manny did with cotto? |

Apples vs. Oranges: Pacquiao has a more tested chin and harder power than Mayweather making it unlikely that Cotto could maintain a 12 round war which was required for him to beat Pacquiao that night. I actually think that the commentators and boxing judges could've given Cotto 1 or 2 more points than they did going into the 7th round.
Cotto landed, hurt, and cut Mayweather but Mayweather's speed, accuracy, and counter punching ripped Cotto apart. Pacquiao was an explosion whereas Mayweather was relentless teeing off on Cotto's chin. |

Clottey beat cotto up to and pacquiao turned and beat that a** also.It was pacquiao's angles and speed, just watch the knockdowns because each punch landed from weird angles.

First is style. cant compare a Volume puncher vs Counter puncher.
Also Pac is southpaw. did you see how many flush shots Judah hit Cotto with? Also the weight 154 and trainer(not that inexperienced young dude) favored Cotto more. |

I havent seen the fight lately but if i remember right Manny started timing his jab with hard flush lead left hands that kind of discouraged Cotto to keep throwing his jab.
Another important thing about the fight is that you should STFU and GTFO noob. |
