Just did it again there, managed 8 mins 54 seconds. I managed to beat 9 mins but that was very,very hard. Having a few beers while watching the fights last night probably didn't help.

You can nail 3 point shots, while people are shooting at you. You can jump from behind bushes and disappear repeatedly. Catch flower bouquets at weddings... The possibilities are endless. Seriously though, it's just a conditioning exercise that builds your cardio and muscle endurance - effective cuz you engage a lot of muscles in a single burpee, which makes doing many burpees very hard to do. Therefore, doing 100 and timing it, is a good indicator of how well conditioned you are. |

Good ol Crossfit, always over-thinking every movement to make it easier instead of just doing it like everyone else.
I've always done a pushup during a burpeee, now these idiots make it look like there's a back extension involved into a jump. Hilarious. |
