Whats up everyone. First time I am posting in a while. Pulled my ground 2 months ago, so I havent been in the gym since. Last friday, I went to an exhibition as a spectator. They were going to cancel the card until I stepped up and said I would box the heavyweight. Let me know what you all think. Still sloppy, but I got shit to work on. Finally got my diet right, so maybe I can get down to around 152-160 instead of boxing these monsters. Keep in mind this fight was at the guys gym. They gave him all the time in the world in the first round to get some rest, or he was going to get ko'd. I still won by decision. Enjoy.

Wow, that guy had quite a size advantage. Good work. Those body shots look painful.
You looked good. Definitely the faster, looser fighter. And of course, the key was using combos - he was throwing nothing but single punches, either due to lack of conditioning, experience, or both. Good job. |

You did great, Diesel. Major improvements from the last time you posted a vid. Maybe it was the opponent or the fact that you've improved conditioning, but your technique was 10 fold more stable.
You took those straight lefts pretty damn well too. Good work capitalizing on those body shots when he would raise his shoulder/elbow up high. |
