That's all that needs to be said in this thread. TBH, I want Canelo to do well especially if he lives up to his potential but I just see him getting humiliated by Trout or a solid opponent once he steps up. Guys are falling for hype.

If canelo will not face trout due to trout being unknown, and therefore GBP uses the "He can't sell line", then they have no right marketing Canelo as a superstar.

Who is Trout of all sudden? A God who deserves to have Cotto and Canelo stay in the building to pray and admire his divine presence?! Canelo was probably displeased because he lost yet another big money fight lined up for May. I want Canelo to fight Trout. But the negotiation room is where it matters most, not during a post fight interview. This isn't WWE. Canelo isn't a coward just because he doesn't want to play ball and be part of some rinky dink rally.

You're missing the point. It's a matter of priority. Unless he signed some sort of contract or even made a verbal promise Canelo doesn't have to be there to celebrate and watch the media rub Trout's nuts. Like I said, the negotiation room is where it matters most. As long as Canelo eventually signs the dotted line to fight Trout then there is no problem. All this parading and getting in each other's face is WWE bravado crap.

how can you defend something that really did happen lol. Canelo BITCHED out plane and simple. props to cotto doing this fight and giving trout a chance to shine cus nobody else would have...NOBODY ELSE.

cant wait till ginger get tested by a real 154 fighter in their prime and Taller also. Lara wants it too. but we all know papi de la hoya wont let it happen.
