It's not just Showtime. He was in Guerrero's corner too. Dia de los Muertos is in early November so HBO and Showtime will probably bring him out for all big November fights with Mexican participants from now on...

I can tell you that the red headed, mustached flag-waiver dude who's been around for a while and is often seen at some of the big Vegas fights, just shows up to the fights with his flags and approaches the fighter or promoter about carrying their flag to the ring and they'll pay him a little bit.

May be the same thing here.
