No one knew about Garcia until he KO'd Khan, so in answering your question no he wouldnt be big, fight with Khan was his career defining fight.

However if he keeps fighting old fighters like Morales and Judah soon people will call him the next Canelo

People would know who he was because he beat Morales twice but, beating Khan the way he did was pretty big...
