It appears that Ariza is right Pac does not train hard at all anymore...those workouts are night and day.

Marquez is going to put it on Manny. Said it before the third fight and saying it again. Manny better bring a jab and cut that ring off bc all that aggressive shit is not going to work.

I just got done training 30 minutes ago. I'd break your glass jaw

and the point of throwing a medicine ball is to develop power obviously. He does the little hop step before he throws the ball to transfer more energy which is a form of plyometrics.

It falls under the same category of training as this
