Maybe he could, but maybe it behooves him just as much to get his fighter get busted for something he never told him to take whilst also lending legitimacy to his organization. Regardless, I don't see how that single case should prompt anyone to ignore his entire history or simply consider guys like Donaire automatically 100% clean.

In the process he had to give up information on the PED's themselves.
Information that included what the drugs did and how they worked.
Information that included why the PED's were going undetected by the labs who test for them.

Heredia and Conte know the PED game and know how athletes go about avoiding detection.
Heredia to this day is still working with FBI agents. To say that Heredia is still using PED methods on his athletes is to say that there's a good chance the FBI is right there involved in this trafficing of PED's with him.


Heredia has been caught. An assumption can be made that since he's still under the eye of FBI agents, he does his work with athletes under legal methods.
I'm by no means saying thats fact, but I would summise there's a good possibility of that. A possibility a Pactard would not let enter his or her brain.
I think they're of the mindset that if Pacquiao is going to get beat again by a 40 year old, they want it being done by one that is deep into the use of PED's!

i just don't know that the FBI has been monitoring his actions and movements enough in Mexico to defer him of doing anything.

You seriously don't see the conflict with working with a strength and conditioning coach that is also working for a testing agency?

Let me give you a hint: it's like going to trial with a judge that has a relationship w/ the other person across from you.
