The ONE match up at 168 that is probably worse than Ward? Well, now might be the best time cuz Dirrell has been inactive.

But, he has no belts and the pay would be less for more risk, not to mention the wrong promoter.

I think it might be to high risk low reward fight for Ward. From reading threads on this fight I started getting this feeling that Ward is going to get no credit even if he dominated Pavlik. I hope the fight is just postponed, I still think Pavlik can pull off the upset if the fight ever happens.
