memo is framing this favorably but from what I am being told, Marquez is being forced to test blood and urine by the Feds. neither that or the year round testing he is talking, I am told, is Memo's choice though he is framing it that way.

Heredia to this day is still working with FBI agents. To say that Heredia is still using PED methods on his athletes is to say that there's a good chance the FBI is right there involved in this trafficing of PED's with him.


Heredia has been caught. An assumption can be made that since he's still under the eye of FBI agents, he does his work with athletes under legal methods.
I'm by no means saying thats fact, but I would summise there's a good possibility of that. A possibility a Pactard would not let enter his or her brain.
I think they're of the mindset that if Pacquiao is going to get beat again by a 40 year old, they want it being done by one that is deep into the use of PED's!

Heredia also has said he has created peds that even to this day are undetectable to any dope tests.

Marquez and pacquiao are both doping so I don't see why pactards or a Marquez semen swallower like yourself should be worried
