Not quite in the same league as those mentioned so far, but Steve Collins went from cutie boxer, to presser fighting brawler with limited power.
Marvin Hagler was initially a big punching counter fighter, before becoming more aggressive particularly in the 80s. George Foreman became more cute second time round. |

People forget that Saad Muhammad (Franklin) was a very slick, almost safety first boxer early on. I think the frustration of losing the narrow fight to Eddie Mustafa led to the one eighty change in style. If he could have fused the two styles he would be a major threat to Foster, Charles, Spinks or anyone.

Except Loughran. I can't imagine any incarnation of Saad Muhammad in any perfect world threatening Tommy. That would be a stylistic nightmare for Miracle Matt imho.
