I doubt Donny Ruddock could beat Pulev or many of the current top contenders. Early in his career he was KOd by somebody named David Jaco

then when he stepped up he lost to Tyson and Lewis (KO2) and Morrison (KO6). After that he got some wins vs cab drivers and dish washers and retired

Ruddock was arguably the HARDEST puncher in boxing and was completely shot after the Tyson fights where he broke his jaw and had to have it wired shut for weeks. He also broke ribs in those two fights. He went 19 rounds with the most powerful puncher and took his shots head on.

LOL He was visibly stunned and staggered back into the ropes. Clearly hurt and started to hold on for dear life as soon as Wach, a guy with absolute ZERO skill or talent hit him once. It nearly changed the tide of the fight and your hero was about to kiss the canvas for the 11 time in his career.
