Obviously he looks better now, but I would'nt call the Mayweather weighin flabby.

Marquez will put on a few pounds of water weight and not look so chiseled when he steps inside the ring.
It happened last fight with Pacquiao as well. In the ring both fighters done look quite as chiseled, but moreso Marquez who carries less lean mass.

He didn't look too flabby, thought it's usually not how someone looks, but how he moves. When he moved up the first time, he was slow of hand and feet from the extra bulk.

JMM has been at 140+ for a while now. His body is getting used to the weight and I think his speed getting close to matching his speed in the lighter weight divisions.

I know exactly what obliques are, all you can see in the picture of Stallone is the very top of his external obliques and his serratus anterior. Retards are talking about love handles when the boxers have well developed internal obliques making the area bulge.

Look at Marquez obliques in the 1st pic and compare with Pacs obliques in the 2nd pic... It's mostly muscle. Just being flexed.

Marquez looks senile at this picture. Father time may have caught up with him.
Pac has aged perfectly with that ripped body.
He looks like Roberto Duran of old. I think he's going to knock out
Marquez in 10.

Gentlemen.......PAC is 33 yrs old now...Of course his body will change and not be as lean now vs back in 2009.

Manny had just moved up in weight back in 2008 and 2009. He was struggling to keep the weight on.

Fast fwd to 2012...almost 2013 and we have a different Manny who's body had ample time to adjust and acclimate to the new weight.

His muscles now are a lot different than what they were when PAC initially moved up to 147 to fight DLH.

PAC's got his "MAN WEIGHT".....Floyd's body has done the same thing. They aren't "soft"....even though they have a little "looser" skin in certain areas. Gravity and age will always have an effect on the physical appearance of anyone.

Both men look in amazing shape for this one. Can't wait to see them go to WAR tonight. I'm only guessing.....but I got PAC. Of course it's not impossible that Juan takes this one either....I expect another tough war....but this time I think we see the BEST fight out of all 3 previous encounters.

Agreed. I'd much rather look like Manny in the top pic than Manny in the below one. Also anybody who thinks you can't gain that much lean muscle in 3-4 years is an idiot who hasn't worked out a day in their lives.
The people that say either guy isn't looking that good, fat, not ripped, etc... Your welcome to post pics of what you look like. For some reason I'm willing to bet most of you look more like Buboy than Pac or Marquez...

Both look like massive 140lbers or small powerful welterweights. I think it's safe to say neither is anywhere close to even lightweight. Jmm barely could do 143 tho. Manny looks like he has bigger biceps while Juan has bigger shoulders and triceps. Both are masters in the ring as long as you give them time to adjust to the weight they'll conquer that division! They don't have the size of an Oscar, Floyd, or Cotto those guys were naturally bigger and physically much easier for them to climb divisions. Much respect to Dinamita and Pacman!
