Legendary match-up if it happens.
Not a terrible fight for Pulev (though a serious risk), because a win over Helenius would increase the payday vrs. Wlad. What I don't get is why Helenius would want to fight Pulev. But....Ogii3 was right last time... |

I would be flat-out shocked if Helenius and Pulev fought next. It makes no sense for either, at this exact stage. Pulev just ushered himself into position for a fight at the title and Helenius is in need of sticking his toe in the water after his injury, as opposed to doing a cannonball against a top five man. More likely, I would think, Pulev drops the European title...because he's got bigger fish to fry and then Helenius beats some whoever for it.

I understand BE, for once.
Price called out Fury after beating Harrison. Fury reacted by sending Price the following message on twitter: "Ill take your sole and give it the devil". Anyway, I don't expect Fury to step up all that quickly. He may want the big fight, but he's Hennesy's main star at the moment. There's no way Hennesy wants to risk him just yet. As long as Channel 5 is willing to show Fury vs whoever as a main event, Fury will keep getting easy fights. |

Some previouse commentators mentioned that Kubrat has a "bad habit" to tilt his head. I have figured it out where it comes from: this is a habit developed through years and while he boxes he wipes the sweat of his face to his shoulder using his t-shirt. When he start sweating he remove it using his t- shirt and shoulder. When he boxes on the ring he has not got a t- shirt and it looks like as a bad ticks and habit.

Pulev’s jab, which is perhaps the best jab in the entire heavyweight division, is like a power punch. It’s not obviously in the same league a big power shot from the likes of Wladimir, Haye or Stiverne, but it’s still like a decent power shot. When Pulev hits you with that shot it does damage, but what makes Pulev so good is he’s able to jab his opponents over and over again without tiring from the process.
If you compare Pulev to Wladimir in the jabbing department, Wladimir comes out ahead in terms of power on his jabs. However, Wladimir quickly tires when he throws his jabs and he can only jab a small amount of times in each round. He’s not able to jab over and over like Pulev. That’s the difference. Pulev is a lot more consistent. He doesn’t get hit because he uses his height and reach to control his shorter opponents by keeping them on the outside where they can’t land. |

It's time to pay attention to kubrat pulev! I really lilke this guy and i think he is one (Not the only one mind!) to watch! Pulev IMO is a solid bet to continue the success of eastern european HW's upon klitschko retirement!
He stands just a shade under 6’5 and is fairly muscular at around 250 lbs. He has a record of 17-0. Obviously the division will become much more competitive post klitschko and i think a new linear champ is a long way off but something tell's me pulev will be a major player post klitschko. |

Next Kubrat Pulev fight will be in April with winner of Cunningam - Adamek. It's official, Pulev do not have a right to make a warm up fight, because he would loose his status at IBF tournament.
