Roy Jones and how he feels about the other commentators

It seems the last few fights ive really been finding it funny the amount of disagreements RJJ has with his colleagues

i remember he had a funny disagreement with Kellerman during the Guerrero Berto fight

do you get the impression he thinks the other guys are idiots or that he doesnt really like their opinions

ive started to think this lately

I think he believes Larry Merchant is full of shit.

Merchant: "Why are they only throwing one punch at a time. They should throw combinations..."

Jones: "Because they are throwing POWER punches Larry....."

This was during the Broner/DeMarco fight.

Apparently, Larry Merchant doesn't realize you can't generate the same power in a 4-5 punch combination as you can by sitting down on a hard 1-2. You have to plant your feet Larry.....

Roy tried to give a shout out to berto for being tough but larry was not having it

Roy sorta does that laugh to Kellerman or Merchant when they start crapping on, you can kinda tell he wants to say YDKSAB but kinda just laughs like he knows better.

I love when he is condescending to Max when Max actually makes a good point. I think Roy sometimes just tries to one up him, but Mac doesnt have enough balls to challenge his idol.

I love when RJJ calls a fight. I love the actual fighter perspective. He will be mellow with the other guys cause that's easy $$$$$ and he knows better then to screw it up. I work in TV and most people in the business are total softies that can't take any confrontation or correction. So if RJJ rips into one of those other douches on the air, they will view him as unstable or a problem. Sports TV is run by a bunch nerds that never competed in any type of athletics.

On a side note, if Lampley was any farther up Manny's ass, they would need surgery to remove him. He totally sucks!!!!! The verbal tongue bath of Manny and freddy while they were doing mitts before the fight was pathetic. He needs to wear a condom while he does pacquiao fights cause that dude loses his sauce when manny is around. Awesome fight by the way.
