I try not to get involved with the pac/may threads but just a little note for all those who say floyd doesn't fight anybody you do realize before he retire the first time (or ducked depending on who you ask) he came off fights against the #1 WW, the undisputed WW champ, a top #1-2 JMW and the #1 JWW in 4 consecutive fights that's pretty impressive regardless of how you try to twist it around.
Either way both guys have pretty good resumes

As a whole, their careers are one in the same imo. Anyone making a case beyond that is easily manipulated by media outlets.

Funny, I don't think anyone in this thread ever said such a thing or has really been even remotely disrespectful to Mayweather. But an internet warrior has spent this entire thread disrespecting a shit ton of other fighters, are you sure you posted this in the right place?

It's become a synonym for that. I considered changing it, but I changed my mind instead. So is he one of Pacquiao's tomato cans or not?

Oh, and how'd you know he's crazy? Are you a bumophobe or something?

'crazy homeless people' [...] 'You strike as a very hateful man.'

He was homeless but he was no bum. Inquisitive should be ashamed of himself for implying all homeless people are bums who can't box.

Fact is, Pacquiao has beaten the better competition. Deserved the W against Bradley, also.

The best opponents that Floyd has fought (at the time he fought them) were, IMO, Castillo, Corrales, and Hatton.

Pacquiao has Marquez, Barrera, and Cotto. Bit of difference in quality there.
The Castillo and Corrales both beat Morales and Marquez

Marquez struggled with Juan Diaz. Imagine what Castillo does to him.

Morales lost to ****ing Zahir Raheem then drained himself to fight Pac again.

Pacs when over Morales is close to meaningless really

And as we know, Clottey,Hatton beat the shit out of Castillo and Corrales. And Allan Green probably knocks the shit out of Cotto.

off subject but say Pacquiao Marquez and Mayweather all decides to fight at least twice this year what do you feel would be the best career path each fighter could take in 2013 that would definitively set one of them as the defining fighter of this era over the other. Also who do you feel has the best chance to accomplish it?
