It's not about "falling out of the ATG list", but absolutely the Tarver KO makes a difference when considering where he falls. That being said, his circumstances as it applies to his weight gain/loss factors into his equation as well. His recent KO's really don't mean much considering it's a known fact he's shot to shit.

Who's he gonna beat now that's going to significantly lift his ATG status? Guerrero? Canelo? There's nobody left out there.
And yet, he won and managed to do this....

Maybe he can go fight some of the tomato cans from the Philippines that Manny built his career off of? Avenge Pacquiao's two KO losses to them.

Past that, you have names like Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley, JMM, and De La Hoya -- all of whom have faced and lost to Floyd Mayweather. In fact, Floyd beat three of those fighters before they faced Pacquiao.

So who on Pacquiao's resume does Floyd need to beat?

Legends like Panomdej Ohyuthanakorn, Rolando Toyogon, Chokchai Chockvivat, Medgoen Singsurat, and Reynante Jamili?

Margarito, Clottey, David Diaz, Jorge Solis, Erik Morales, etc. are low-profile compared to the great fighters they do share.

Paquaio has a better resume because he hasnt " RETIRED OF EVER " in floods of tears whining everyone is unfair to him. Mayweather did & the sight of Leonard Ellerbee consoling poor pathetic Floyd was heart warming
