Even if Wlad beat prime Lewis and Tyson he'd still be nowhere near Pacquiao, unless you think beating Povetkin and Wilder will cement Wlad's top 50 ATg standing

Pacquiao has fought and beaten better opponents than Wlad could ever dream of beating. He's beaten genuinely great fighters, Wlad hasn't ever beaten a top 50 heavyweight.

Pac because of his Barrera, Morales, Marquez wins. the rest of his competition is overrated and pretty equal to Wlads. Bradley is by no means a better fighter than Byrd was and i'd also pick lets say Haye over Cotto in a p4p fight any day..
