I Think Pac Should Move Down To 140

nicca has no power at 147. he hit jmm with some big shots in the 5th, and nothing. if he cant hurt a 140 pounder at welter, hes doomed

Ummm JMM's face looked like shit and was constantly bleeding in the post fight interview. JMM's mental fortitude is what kept him standing and fighting back instead of turning into another Cotto.

It would be a good move.. His power is decent at 147 but at 140 it would be much better!

Pac needs to skip his April fight and let his body heal all while staying in shape. He needs to work on his craft and develop a jab which might lead to him having some damn patience in the ring. I like Pac but hate his fans and if he comes back in April I think it will be too soon even if its at 140.

Too many threats at 140lb He'd beat probably half but he's struggle with most.Would love seeing Matthysse smash & finish him for good though.

Wouldn't make much of a difference because recently he's pretty much been fighting 140 pounders anyway e.g. Bradley, Marquez x2, and his top 3 options for his next fight would likely be another 140 pounder i.e a marquez or tim bradley rematch, or Brandon Rios, who was told by Bob Arum that he would fight Pacquiao if he beat Marquez

I guess it doesn't really matter unless he wants to win belts. I just want to see great matchups on paper: Matthysse, Rios, Garcia, Khan (if he improves), Guerrero, Broner (hey, why not?). Any of these guys would be good for Pac in '13.

Before this KO he was dealing with opponents at 147. No reason for him to move down. If he can make a comeback he can do it at 147

hes a beast at 140. he is only coming a couple of pounds over on fight nite at the 147 lb limit. he is not a true welterweight. he hasnt stopped anybody since cotto in 2009. 6 straight fights without knocking anybody out

What did he weigh in at for his last fight? I do agree that he should go to any division that Floyd can't/won't fight in, because we all know that would be the real end of shit.
