while Kirk's league will always be my house i had great fun at Rummy's League this year and will be back there for 2013
looking forward to go to war with you next year
you should come back to Kirk's League too man

I want to actually try my luck over here for a full season. Can someone give me a quick breakdown on how things work over here exactly?

Well the General rankings are made as records, I believe. You get the winner of your pick right is counted as a victory on your "pro-boxer career" you get the method of win right it's counted as a KO in your record. The losses, meaning the bad picks(got the winner wrong) are not so important as in real life, you don't become a bum with 1 or 2 losses. Victories minus losses give you a number that will determine your ranking and "fans nickname category" (Prospect, Gatekeeper etc.) 65wins and 10 losses still put you ahead of 38 wins and 1 loss because 65-10=55 > 38-1=37

Beside the overall rankings there is the Peoples Champ, you can become it by challenge the current champ First on one Fight/Pick.

And now the new WBK(World Boxing Kings) belt who is still taking shape.
In a Title fight you got 12 rounds who are 12 picks/bouts. There is a Mandatory and a Voluntary. Mandatory is #1 ranked on points earned, 1 for picking the right winner 1 for picking the method of the win, we might score later more points for the lower probability predictions as SD/MD or Draws. The voluntary has to be in top12 overall and will be chosen by the Champion.

- Regular Yearly Rankings is the same as always, pretty much just tracks your record throughout the year on how you picked.
- Peoples Championship is a title anyone can hold, all you have to do is challenge, and beat, the current peoples champ on one of his picks.
- WBK title is a 12 round showdown between two posters.... each round is a fight, whoever picks the most correct fights of those 12 rounds/fight wins the belt.

- Wagers will be coming back next year, pretty simple.... just wagering against other members on who will win what fight or whatever.

Pretty much it for the most part.

Anyways, hope to see you in 2013

Ill be trying my luck in yours as well

It is indeed a sham to have broner at 5.

Like I told BadBot, BE listed their email somewhere, might be worth shooting an email their way.

this may be beneficial for his revalidation
Wow man, I am sorry to hear that David, but at the same time Im happy that it didnt get any worse then it did.... brain bleeds can be life enders.

Thoughts and prayers are with you David, hope your father makes a full recovery m'man

You should say for the future WBK rankings that:
SD/MD or TD would be rewarded with.... 2 points ? I'm asking you.
And Draw with... 3-4 points ? Think about it and give me an opinion.

I also would like even tough probably nobody will pick a Draw but would like to be considerate a KO in WBK title fights (since is so rare and hard to get right)
Still waiting for an answer to this one.

Everything sounds good Beast

Draw being a KO is a good one too. Ive actually only seen that done I think two or three times in the last 6 years
