Hey! 40 is just when things really get going. I played my best tennis at 40 yrs old & can't believe thats 20 yrs ago! Don't think about age. If you wanna stay young & are active, workout, do whatever to break a good sweat often, you'll be fine. Age is all in your mind, but you can't neglect the body.
