Gamboa has like 2 fights in 2 years, and did not look very good last time out. Garcia and Rigondeaux in the top 10 is a stretch.

Why not? He has a hell of a chin to go along with tremendous punching power. He literally knocks out everyone he fights. He is one of the most feared guys in the sport (you bet your A$$ Danny Garcia wants no part of him). He has a good resume...Olusegun, Soto, Alexander, Judah, Corley, Harris.

Did he KO an old Judah?

He fought him pretty much to a draw.

He doesnt have a legit win over Alexander either.It was a close fight that could have gone either way

The rest of those fighters dont entitle him to be anywhere near the top 10.

It's pretty clear at the top but gets cloudier as you move down...

Mares, Viloria, Guerrero , Rigondeaux, Gamboa, Broner, Garcia, etc are all interchangable "on the bubble" types who are maybe one big win away from crosing over.

I feel that many of you get WAY too caught up in a boxer's most recent performance. Pound for pound lists should include the overall body of work over the past couple years.
