Marquez's physique is pretty attainable with little more than a few natural supplements. His entire camp was based on strength and harnessing his power. He was sitting down on his punches all night and losing rounds to do it. It's not that crazy.. Dude is around 150 lbs.

Exactly, 150lbs of solid muscle at age 40 even though at his prime physical peak, he was never that solid or big. I'm glad I'll be able to do that someday too, I'm just surprised these baseball players, as they get older, why they don't know about these natural supplements, they're dumb.

I know Rick Baird, he's a pretty good trainer. Trains some of the rebelgirls, coctail waitresses and chicks in the lingerie league. He invited me to join a bootcamp with them.

Good point, can you inform me on other's who got older with good genes and were able to pull it off. Bonds and Sosa don't count since they were caught with steroids.

Naw I stay lookin fresh and train myself. I'm just happy that when I reach 40 I can be bigger than I am now. I'm happy to know that my 4pack (sometimes 6 depending how drained I am), could become an 8pack with hard work and dedication like Marquez. Baird IS a good trainer and you should definately try it out. If all fails at least get to see them girls train and get your look on

I was, but he deserves respect and I give him props for his hard work and dedication that he put into the gym. Proving everyone wrong that even though you're older, you can still do it. Morales should give it a try but I guess he doesn't have the genes or dedication like Marquez does.
