If they never fight like Lewis and Bowe I'll consider it 2-0 (1 win from the amateurs and 1 win from the pros where the fighter was too weak mentally to even step in the ring to settle the score).
In both cases its not so straight forward, Lewis/Maloney turned down a career high offer & Price/Maloney turned down decent to fight on Channel 5 in front of a national audience.

Mental weakness had nothing to do with both fights not happening, Fury isnt afraid to fight Price & Bowe wasnt afraid of Lewis, did you know that Bowe-Lewis was scheduled to happen in 1994? (but McCall knocked out Lewis)

The only thing both fights have in common are the poison dwarf's involvement behind the scenes. If anyone is to blame, its Maloney.

Fury's just taking the piss. He doesn't have 650k to offer Price himself just like Maloney doesn't have that amount of money either. It's playground stuff. Both sides are half-heartedly trying to call the other's bluff. Just stop ****ing around and get this fight made!
