Salido VS Garcia!!!

I do think that Salido has been slipping just a little bit since but I still think he has enough left in the tank to take Garcia to the brink..

This is the fight that'll show what Garcia is truly made of i can't wait for this shit!

Who wins and why?

i dont know. salido's a good boxer and an excellent brawler. garcia's an excellent boxer, but i dont know if he can handle salido. i think salido might win.

garcias breakout party lets see where garcia stands, lets see if the hype is real... i love the young dudes style but this is the fight where he proves those skills against an equally great fighter

This is a really good match. I feel Garcia punches hard and straight enough to KO Salido. Salido didn't show a good chin against that unknown Filipino and his wide punching style is easier to avoid. Very good cards that night also!

I can see Salido outworking Garcia in enough rounds to net a 116-112 or 115-113 type of win. I love Garcia's style but he just seems too patient at times.

Garcias younger and he has the power to take salido down, Not going to be so easy for him though. Obviously, well who knows, he might take him out easily

Yes. Biting my nails in excitement mikey is in my top 5 faves, uses around same style as canelo too.

Salido will be all over the patient and at times too patient Mikey. Garcia doesn't bring anything Salido hasn't seen before, while Garcia has never been in with someone as skilled and gritty as Salido.

This is kind of what I hope happens. I like both guys. However, if I had to pick a side, I'd want Salido to win. Winning twice over Lopez I think kind of put Salido's career in a different context than how he was viewed before....and I hope he continues that.....and then I hope Garcia goes on to find much success later.

You're right to say that Mikey doesn't really offer anything Salido hasn't seen before. Dude has been in with a lot of good ones, Marquez, Gamboa, Gonzalez, Lopez (2X), Tuur, Cruz (2x) just off the top of my head. So he's been exposed to different types of fighters including guys with game-changing power.
