He wobbled but did not fall, Kid is big and muscled like his dad and seems to have a good chin but soft and Wide Andy took it....genetics are an odd thing,
Where else in history do you see genetics repeating with father and son now in the case of Andy Ruiz Jr. how much weight can he lose? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAsPuoItUow[/ame] |

The Mexican kid could probably fight as a welterweight.
Most mexican heavyweights I've seen are just obese featherweights. I guess they are running away from the hordes of talent they got down there. |

JC Chavez Jr. is taller than his Dad but i see the body work and above average power like his Dad but not sure if he has the work rate or discipline...his last fight he almost repeated his father last round Meldrick Taylor late stop but the kid did not put in the attrition work until the end and Sergio had a bit more gas in his tank to survive and not meet the fate of Taylor, then again the ref did not pull the plug on Sergio

Maybe with a good nutrionist he can get some weight off but he is naturally a very heavy guy. |

I think you are right he may need a nutritionist, just cutting back the taco's and other high carb food would make you feel weak but a correct diet would in fact lower his body's fat or sugar starch conversion to a diet that helps him keep muscle and reduce fat gradually. He can improve his look, stamina, speed and overall fitness

That clip is the first time I've seen Andy Ruiz. I gotta say his handspeed looks really impressive. If he can get down to 220-210lbs, he might become one of the big players after the Klitschkos have retired. Him and Wilder may be the biggest American prospects right now.

As his body converts to muscle 220 sounds good but he may be rock hard at 210 and below and with his speed and power can be effective against most of the Large boys |
