Default Re: Is Floyd Mayweather the Greatest of all Time

Like it or not history will remember Mayweather as a ducker in the sport, he has taken on good challenges but the absence of PAC, Margo, P Willy, Cotto in 2008 (which gets forgotten because they fought but it was a blatant duck to retire rather than face him, almost as bad as avoiding PAC).

When you think of obvious great fighters (Ali, SRL, Hearns, JCC) there aren't any major question marks over them, with Floyd there are too many to name him among that list, how can you be when you admittedly avoid taking high risk fights.

Think of it this way, if Duran or Leonard or Hearns were around today, Floyd would never fight them, you can only judge ones future by their past, Mayweather wouldn't take the risk or a fight with one of them because of he's "what if I lose" mentality.

Somehow i just can't picture Floyd beating Hearns. I'm trying, I'm trying, nope can't see it.

But Floyd didn't duck Pacquiao, it was Pac-Man who refused to do the drug test.

What? I'm shocked to see all the pack PAC fags in a PBF related thread.

Default Mayweather - Pacquiao: Who ducked who?

Back in 2009, when the bout was first proposed, Mayweather agreed to fight as long as osdt was in place. Team Pacquiao refused. Last year, Mayweather publicly called out Pacquiao and very clearly stated that he wanted the fight. To me, it's obvious that Mayweather has always wanted this fight. If the fight didn't get made when it mattered most, Pacquiao's team is to blame in my opinion. I don't see the OSDT as an obstacle unless youre hiding something. How is Mayweather to blame for the fight not being made? Let's hear it, Pactards...

Agree especially now that team pac wants blood testing for next JMM fight which is by far the most pathetic hypocrite shit Ive seen ever in boxing yet pacturds give it a free pass. Its unforgivable.
