Helenius' vast limitations were already shown up by Chisora but I think he matches up better with Fury who doesn't bring a lot of the intangibles Chisora does. I think it would be a close one though based upon Fury's improved boxing ability. He's boxing smarter and consistently sticking out a good jab and controlling the range a lot better. Helenius is very hittable so he could potentially tag him with that all night and he's got the athletic advantages being a bit quicker and more mobile. Helenius definitely has the power to knock him out though so I really couldn't pass a definite opinion on how I think it would go, other than it being a Fury win if it goes the distance or Helenius knocking him out.
