Yes but when he got older he couldn't do it like when he was young, when he was young he changed to his style of boxing for himself when he got older he kept on going as if he was young still, he didn't adapt to his reflexes slowing ect i think he was too confident to do it, wanted to proove something to himself

Yes but he wasn't as good as he was before and couldn't seem to accept it, Jersey Joe Walcott as he got older could keep it up because he sustained his reflexes ect, Ali lost that little bit that he had before and didn't adapt, he knew to keep his right up in the Frazier fight but simply didn't he would put it up after a big left sometimes but then drop it again... Too much Confidence can sometimes do more harm than do good.
