Burns has never been gifted a decision in his life, unlike Broner did against PDL
Foreign fighters get a much fairer shake in the UK than in America, if Ricky Burns had lost every round against Abril like Rios did theres no way he would have got a decision in the UK. Respect to Burns and Vasquez for making the fight, very tough fight for both guys, may the best man win |

If Vazquez dominates Burns he will get his deserved decision in the UK, I'm pretty sure about that. Problem is, he's not likely to dominate so the decision will be close. In that case we get the "could have gone either way" scenario with "either way" meaning always to the homeboy no matter how the fight is scored by most of the fans or the press. |

Have to agree that you get a fair shake from the judges in the UK.
It's the referee's that you have to worry about, they let the home boy get away with dirty tactics IMO, see Hatton Tszyu and to a lesser extent Froch Dirrel. |

Too much holding? Doesn't UK have a fighter name ricky hatton? He hugs as much as he throws punches. Froch was fouling, the whole match. Hitting on breaks, rabbit punches, and wrestling. and the ref took a point off on Dirrell for leaning. LOL. The ref can take six point from dirrell and i still had dirrell winning. 9-3 easy and i am being generous to Froch who landed five flush shots. While Dirrell landed 20x as much. |

Replays of their fighters and most ONLY acknowledges their guys success while most of the time exaggerates, even when they are losing. |

Name me one robbery in the UK in the last ten years as blatant as Rios-Abril, Cloud-Campillo or Lara-Williams. America is even worse than Germany these days

If he takes 6 points from Dirrell and you had him winning 9-3 then it's a draw dipshit. Dirrell landed flush on Froch 100 times according to you. That's quite far off. And LOL the robbery capital of the world, where boxing is about as fixed as WWE less blatant than the UK and the occasional close decision going to the home fighter, I don't think so. |
