Matthysse is a tough SOB boxer puncher... who nobody currently at 140 likes the idea of facing (excluding Rios because he seems to enjoy getting punched in the face)

He wouldn't walk forward and brawl with Manny as lots would assume...

He'd lose... by decision... Too tough to get KO'd...Pacquiao's speed and skills just too much.

Would be interesting to see whether he could handle the inevitable punishment from Pac and if he could land some good body shots

'lost' to Judah & Alexander in close split decisions... (Alexander typical hometown boring crap) knocked both of them fools down.

W32 KO30 The stats don't lie. True king at 140 atm but everyone is trying to imagine he isn't there because he doesn't run his mouth and lays low.

His boxing is too good for sluggers and brawlers
His strength, power and toughness is too much for boxers... If he isn't in the mood to try and box you and thinks he has your ass then he will come at you like he came at Olugeson.

He'd likely stop current Judah... (Let's see if Garcia can)
Good chance to stop Khan in any round
Good chance to beat Garcia
Stop and outbox Peterson etc etc

Just overall a really solid guy.

Unless Manny has changed, he stops Matthysse. It would be a good fight, until Manny's speed and angles overwhelms Matthysse.

Matthysse is tough as nails, durable, powerful, relentless, and has a sickening body attack. But he's fairly basic and slow of hand and foot. Not the sharpest offensive fighter form-wise and timing-wise, either. I think Pacquiao (and Marquez) are a level above and I would pick both to beat him by decision.

Nothing I have said about Marquez, Team Marquez, and Memo is made up. All facts that point to Marquez being roided as fuck. Here's 2 more for you:

Memo says he can create undetectable PEDs.

Memo says that he's been working for USADA for 6 months.

That's all you really need to know about this situation to know that Marquez is a cheating fuck and his loophole is a guy that can pass AND administer drug tests.

Pac ain't making 140 no more. It's hard to move back down when you're putting on solid muscle to move up, particularly at his age.

Weighing in at 147 in his last fight should tell you all you need to know.

Pac would beat Matthysse by decision in my opinion. Matthysse has not shown me the counter punching or moving/boxing ability to give Manny fits. Tough as nails and would land some nice shots on Pac, but I don't see Pac's chin completley gone and I think he takes what's thrown at him. He's not getting hit with the perfect counter from Matthysse, and I see Pac outworking and outlanding him to a UD.
