I'm pretty sure he will, he's been taking anger managment classes at the board's request so why would they refuse him now?

I'd like to see Chisora have a few fights against solid journeymen/ fringe world level contenders first... or even Martin Rogan? Richard Towers?

Exactly- Chisora has done all that's asked of him and he should get his licence back this month.

Yes, there's no reason why he shouldn't get his license back. After all that he's been through in recent years, I don't know which Chisora would turn up if this fight happens, but it certainly would answer a few questions about Price. A motivated Chisora might cause a lot of trouble. I still think Price will get the KO in the middle rounds, though.
