I get an 'alright mate?' when I go in nowadays. Twice this week I was in there for an Enzo Special reading Boxing Monthly.
Not long now before they'll tell all. |

I think if Enzo Mac had topped up with a Jumbo Sausage it would have been Enzo TKO7 Haye quite honestly, perhaps it could have been even quicker if he'd have found some hair-gel. |

Well there's a parking space outside for a Zafira. I'd be worried about the 'Fully Licenced' bit as it may well be too tempting for the big guy to grab a couple of bottles of Peroni instead of Dr Pepper. Result = Sprint to the ring could be a bit dangerous.

Good points Biglads, he'd have to be chaperoned to make sure he didn't imbibe alcohol.
How do you see a Fish & Omelette combo as a pre fight meal? Bit top heavy on protein I reckon, you'd need chips for carbs, but Fish/Omelette/Chips could lay heavy in the later rounds? What beverage would you suggest with Fish & Omelette, I had a look at the menu outside but it was a little vague: 'Canned Drinks -£1.20' |

I'm unsure about the Fish & Omelette combo as there's not enough pastry in there to provide the required stamina for a gruelling bout. Maybe if Enzo was en-route to a 6 round undercard bout it would be OK, but for a big title bout I'd worry that the big guy would fade early.
For the drink, I'd always choose Tizer, but availability is an issue. Vimto or Barr's Cream Soda could substitute at a push I suppose. |

Fish & Omelette = Ciaran Healy Pie, Chips, Can of Pop = Marcelo Dominguez Never quite took to Cream Soda, I always think it tastes a bit like soap. |

Talking of fried food, have you heard about this 'Beach Lard' business?
***********.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-21079285 I particularly enjoyed this quote: "The lard was covered in the largest barnacles I've ever seen. Animals, including my dog, have certainly enjoyed the lard, and it still looks and smells good enough to have a fry up with." I wonder if we could get some of this 'Beach Lard' for Micky's, who knows what magical properties it could impart? |

6 Cans of Tyskie, 1 bottle of White Lightning and 20 Mayfairs = Lee Swaby. If you see Barr's Ice Cream Soda give it a try Pug. Just looking at the can is enough to give you a sugar rush. |

Sadly John McDermott beat us all to it and has nabbed the lot to fry some whelks in. |

I'll track some down this weekend if possible. I had a can of Dandelion & Burdock with Fish & Chips recently, I'm unable to offer a critique though as I was assailed by Seagulls while eating the meal (sat on Hove seafront at the time) |
