The Arguello-Olivares chapter. Near the beginning when it talks about negotiations and whatnot. Summat like 'you'd be hard pressed to find Olivares not on a greatest featherweights list at the time'
Was a lot more mashed then than I al now though. Might've misread, might've misremembered it just then. Am I typing now? I don't know. |

I didn't know it either until two Japanese friends of mine pointed it out. I rate Marcel really highly personally. Higher than most people probably would. I seriously rate his wins over Arguello, Serrano, Carballo who I think is a little underrated, clinic against Gomez and the Shibata fight which Marcel deffo won. He also had taken Duran right to the end, narrowly losing until the 12th. He beat as many big names as any other top fighter and definitely an ATG in my cards. |

Duran was a 10 rounder wasn't it? Marcel was unfairly stopped in the last round as the ref' thought he was being negative.
Marcel is rated highly by everyone on this board who's actually familiar with him, don't worry. And I am Japanese myself, so no it's not racist. |
