It would be an entertaining fight but the Bowe who beat Holyfield would be to active and too strong. Witherspoon would clearly have his moments as Bowe would trade with him and as always leave himself open to be hit. But Bowe would just fight back harder to earn the decision.

The first holyfield fight makes Bowe stand out for me, he beat him more meaningfully than Lewis did over 5 years later.

Spoon was still good and alot of fighters/Champions ducked him.
