Mine have always fit well dont fall if i open my mouth and feel quite tight on my teeth, although somebody told me i fitted it wrong when i asked if theres dosent fit completely firm over their 2 front teeth top row, theres a little space between the bit that touches the 2 front teeth at the front of the mouth guard, you can only tell if i push on the mouthguard and i can tell theres a gap as i can feel it touching my teeth when i do it and see it going back only a tiny bit though its not majorly forward is it like this for you guys or is mine fitted wrong?

I have the shock doctor gel nano and it holds in well even if i don't bite down.
If it keeps falling out then try reboiling it and bite down hard while sucking the air in. If not then it might be just how your teeth are arranged that may be causing the trouble. |

I find it's too bulky, it feels like I have a ball gag in my mouth. Plus no air permeates through it for me. How do you find the fit and overall size compared to other mouthguards. I guess we're all different. |

Mine hugs the teeth nicely, including front teeth. The gel really makes for a snug fit. I just have an issue with the bulkiness. Maybe I have small jaws.
I'm 5 ft 8 and have pretty square jaw shape - so I'm not huge, but I doubt I need a children's size - lol.. |

What is the problem? Just that your friend's one fits differently?
I used to have that mouthguard and found that it used to cut my gums a lot, I ended up investing in a fitted mouthguard from the dentist which is fantastic. If you have the money i'd suggest buying a fitted mouthguard, if not I think you will just have to accept the fact that a boil and bite mouthguard will never be 100% perfect |
