You can't take anything in an Ellie Sckbach video seriously especially when idiots like that hamburger are talking.

That said the trainers at that gym are good knowledgeable people.Deaon is the black guy,Brandon Krause the bald white guy that trained Mia St.John and that Ryan Meza guy is also quite a big fan and he also boxes amateur.

Who cares what some fat yank from some sweaty gym thinks? If it was a well-known successful trainer saying this then fair enough, you could say his opinion has credence. This bloke though? He's known as "Pacquiao hater" and not by his real name. Shows how important he is and how seriously his opinions should be taken.
