My coach told me today that there is a tournament on 28th and the weigh in is on 27th evening.
I am 60 kgs atm and want to cut atleast 4 kgs (more if possible). I was on creatine for a week or so. I want to regain the lost weight back on the fight day. Supplements that I have with me: Multivitamin and whey protein I also have green tea and herbal laxatives which I think may help me. Experienced guys plz help on this! Thank you. |

I cut from 190 lbs to 182 lbs for wrestling twice a week so obviously my case is different due to the weight difference, but yes cutting ~8.5 lbs in 2 days is very doable. Hell I do it all the day before. Just don't eat or drink anything the night before weigh-ins + the entire day before the weigh-ins in the evening. That's 5 lbs right there at least for me. Then you could just sweat out the last 3.5 in a sauna (in wrestling we have a hard practice the day before a meet so that's where I sweat my sweat out)
