Although he was knocked out by Rahman and McCall, he fought very heavy handed punchers in klit, tua, Tyson, golota, Morrison, mercer etc.
His chin was granite. 2 lucky kos (one was even ckntroversial , ref on king's payroll.) This man's chin was amazing |

All great hws get knocked out at one point or another later in their careers. See Joe Louis. Lewis's chin was iron. He fought VERY heavy handed champions and overcame them all.

![]() Even most of Lewis's supporters admit his chin was his biggest weakness!! Lewis' chin was shaky, at best. Once you had him on the canvas, the fight was OVER.

His chin was actually very good and faced some wicked strong punchers. Everyone can get knocked out.
If Lewis's chin was bad, then so is Pacquiao's and Joe Louis's. Along with DLH, Arguello and MANY OTHERS |

Not china, but cetainly not "granite" either.
Guys with granite chins don't get stopped twice by second rate fighters like McCall and Rahman when they are in the prime of their careers. Guys with shaky chins do. |
