Sparring vid. Tips?

very akward looking, looks like you're trying to hard to look fancy. You dont throw enough jabs, throw a jab, step in, throw a double jab etc. When you throw that weird hook you lean back Have more confidence in your punching. The pointless part where you were switching stances, you need to work on your basics. The way you jab looked really tight, loosen up a bit when you punch. It looks more of a push than a snap when you're jabbing. Well this is if you're the white guy lol

start shadow boxing with some music...have music on while you spar..get lose..get a rhythm, have fun with it....

This isn't sparring. It isn't light sparring. It's not even tapping. This is not intermediate level boxing. In addition to the earlier sparring video posted by JDK, I'll post a video of two 11 year olds to show you what sparring is. One aspect of sparring is that you need to actually try to punch each other.

Maybe try more classic style too? like have an Ezzard Charles type stance it has a more built in defence

kids are a bit predictable...id fuck them up right now for at least another 2 years...maybe 3....
