Danny Garcia isn't ready for Mayweather yet. He needs to beat all the high ranked welterweights and he's not popular enough like Canelo to be cheap and skip all the other fighters better than him and get a shot at the champion.

Where did you learn to do that? Floyd is too big and too good to be fighting guys that have never fought over 140.For all Garcia is entertaining,he's done nothing to warrant a fight with Floyd at 147+. You can't make a reasonable argument for it so I wouldn't bother trying. Floyd is looking for a fight with Canelo or Martinez so why fight a guy who's only just emerging at 140. |

No no. Fucking no no no! Fuck that. How is this acceptable? Huge Floyd fan but seriously? Let Garcia spark out a few more big names at 140. He's not said anything about wanting to move up or getting too big for 140 to my knowledge, why the hell would he get Floyd his first fight at 147? He at least would have to take out Matthysse, I can't see him leaving the division without taking that fight.
We can't let Floyd off that easy. People stop saying this fight is a possibility, don't even want to hear about this possible matchup right now. |

Garcia is the lineal champion at that weight. What big names did Hatton spark out in 2007? Tsuyu (Way past his prime)/Castillo? Urango? Collazo @ 47? He deserves it more than Hatton did at 07. |

Hatton had at least won at 147, you have to at least do the minimum. Hatton thought he could take Mayweather, and to my knowledge said as much publicly. Also had far more wins and was the fighting pride of his country, he had them all backing him. I haven't heard Garcia say shit about Mayweather... Or Mayweather mention him. It's completely random to say they'd fight, and it would be shitty for him to get Mayweather right now as his first 147lb fight. |

So, a 140 lb champion, who has two of his biggest wins against Erik Morales, (who, supposedly, was shot to shit back when he fought Pacquiao for the 2nd time in 2006) fighting against Mayweather, (whose last fight was for a 154 lb championship) would be a good fight.
Flomos, gotta love 'em. |
