Default Help please.

Ok early today i did a weights sessions which involved my legs. Did heavy squats and deadlifts among other things and well 10 mins ago my trainer told me he got a bout for me tomorrow. I don't want to pull out but do you guys think todays session will affect me tomorrow except for the doms?
And is there anything i can do to try and make sure im good to go for tomorrow?

How often do you weight train? If yout train often then DOMs won't even be an issue

I agree wid jdsm. And even if you have doms i don't think that will effect your perfomance in the ring. If you train the day after a leg session, if you spar the day after a leg session then you SHOULD be able to fight the day after.

If this was your 1st session in a while then your fucked lol

Rest, relax and shrug it off, you've got a fight coming. Start focusing and preparing mentally for whats to come you'll be alright!
